Snapper requests the following permissions solely for functionality:
- activeTab: Access the current webpage to capture screenshots
- storage: Save your preferences locally on your device
- contextMenus: Add "Snap Screenshot" to right-click menus
- scripting: Inject scripts needed for custom area selection
- host permissions: Capture content from websites you visit
